MD.SAVE is a lightweight browser tool for writing, previewing, and downloading clean UTF-8 Markdown files.

What can you do?

  • Paste text or a web document, or open a local file and edit it in your browser. Headings, lists, and tables from rich web documents are converted to Markdown.
  • Start with Korean or English templates for a README, AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, GEMINI.md, or GitHub Copilot instructions.
  • Undo and redo recent document changes.
  • Preview GitHub Flavored Markdown as you type.
  • Run an optional lightweight local text check.
  • Copy the result or download it as a UTF-8 .md file.

Why local-first?

Writing can be sensitive. Preview, text checking, and file creation happen inside your current browser. Your source text is not sent to the operator or an external checking service.
