1. 서비스 내용

MD.SAVE는 로컬 Markdown 파일 열기, 작성, 최근 변경 되돌리기, 미리보기, 선택형 로컬 문장 점검, 복사와 .md 파일 다운로드 기능을 무료 베타로 제공합니다.

2. 문장 점검의 한계

로컬 문장 점검은 연속 공백, 문장부호, 반복 단어와 괄호 등 일부 규칙만 확인합니다. 사전 기반 맞춤법 검사, 완전한 문법 교정, 전문가 검토를 대신하지 않으며 결과의 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다.

3. 사용자 콘텐츠와 책임

작성한 콘텐츠의 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다. 사용자는 입력하거나 배포하는 콘텐츠가 법령과 타인의 권리를 침해하지 않도록 확인해야 하며, 중요한 문서는 다운로드 전에 직접 검토해야 합니다.

4. 금지되는 이용

  • 서비스의 정상 운영을 방해하거나 자동화된 과도한 요청을 보내는 행위
  • 불법 콘텐츠를 제작·유포하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위
  • 보안 취약점을 악용하거나 접근 제한을 우회하려는 행위

5. 서비스 제공과 책임 제한

공개 베타는 현재 상태로 제공되며 점검, 장애, 보안 또는 운영상 필요에 따라 일부 또는 전부가 변경·중단될 수 있습니다. 법률상 허용되는 범위에서 데이터 손실이나 간접 손해에 대한 책임은 제한됩니다.

6. 약관 변경과 준거

By using the MD.SAVE public beta, you agree to the terms below. Features and policies may change reasonably before general release.

1. Service

MD.SAVE provides local Markdown file opening, writing, recent change history, preview, optional local text checking, copying, and .md file download as a free public beta.

2. Limits of the text check

The checker covers a limited set of rules such as repeated spaces, punctuation, duplicate words, and brackets. It is not a dictionary spelling checker, complete grammar correction, or professional review, and its accuracy is not guaranteed.

3. Your content and responsibility

You retain the rights to your content. You are responsible for ensuring it is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others, and for reviewing important documents before download or use.

4. Prohibited use

  • Disrupting the service or sending excessive automated requests.
  • Creating or distributing illegal or infringing content.
  • Exploiting security weaknesses or bypassing access controls.

5. Availability and limitation

The public beta is provided as available and may be changed or suspended for maintenance, reliability, security, or operational reasons. Liability for data loss or indirect damages is limited to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes and governing terms
